The Board of Directors of the Capital Market Authority held its second meeting for this year. The meeting was chaired by HE Yahya Said Al Jabri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dqum Special Economic Zone and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CMA on Monday 15th July 2013.
The Board approved the Financial Regulation of CMA which includes the purchases regulation, stores and financial regulation.
The meeting discussed issues submitted by Muscat Clearance and Depository Company and resolved thereon.
The Board reviewed the performance of listed companies during the first quarter of 2013 as well as a report on the performance of MSM in the first half of the year in addition to the major resolutions and achievements of MCDC.
