The 4^th Edition of Corporate Governance Excellence Award Postponed

 

 

Owing to the recent developments and the  issuance of the Royal Decree establishing  Oman Corporate Governance and Sustainability Centre (OCCGS), the 4^th edition of the corporate governance excellence award has been postponed after postponement of the meeting of the referees committee which was scheduled on 27 July 2015.

 

OCCGS will hold a meeting for all participating companies to explain the situation after the first meeting of the Board of Directors of the Centre in September 2015.

 

The 4^th edition of the award was launched in March in a ceremony under the auspices of HE Abdullah Salim Al Salmi, Executive President  of the Capital Market Authority.

 

OCCGS which was established under Royal Decree No. 30/2015 extends its sincere gratitude and  appreciation to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said for his precious confidence and wise directives. OCCGS also  extends its thanks to HE Abdullah Salim Al Salmi for his support and to all the participating companies for their fruitful cooperation.
