CMA Cancel the license of Saih Al Maleh Insurance Broker

The Executive President of the Capital Market Authority has issued an administrative decision cancelling the license of Saih Al Maleh Insurance Broker LLC and deregistration of the company. Hence, the number of insurance brokers in the Sultanate is  38 brokers providing brokerage for insurance products.

Insurance brokers play an essential role in the insurance process by dealing directly with the  customers and are licensed by CMA to carry out insurance brokerage business between the insured and the insurers in consideration of a commission.
