The  Capital Market Authority has issues  a disciplinary decision warning Mr.  Mohammed Subhi Ghazi , Legal Advisor, Talib Al Hamami Law Firm for breaching the provisions of Article  12 of Administrative Decision No. 6/2002 on the Rules for Constitution of the Audit  Committee and Appointment of the Legal Advisor  and breach of the duties with regard to the  procedures of general meetings of public joint stock companies.
