The Capital Market Authority celebrated the Fiftieth National Day through virtual gathering and launched in the occasion CMA Mobile App with the participation of the CMA management and employees.
The event started with speech by HE the Executive President who extended sincere greetings on the occasion and talked about CMA’s plans in the next year and the key planned project in line with 2040 Oman Vision.
On the importance of the App, Saleh Saif Al Hashmi, Director of Information Technology Department said the launch is a translation of the CMA’s endeavors to ponder for best means to render best, easy and friendly services to the community, thus it launched the CMA Mobile App which aims at opening a new window for rendering e-services to the public and provide timely information.
On the services of the App Al Hashmi said the App covers complaints against the entities regulated by the CMA, motor insurance prices comparison services which allows the customers to compare between the prices and services provided by insurance companies, whistle blower service in addition to registration of directors of companies and the services of aid for injured persons.
It is noteworthy that CMA always endeavors to cope with digitalization progress through providing digital solutions that contribute to bridging the gap between the CMA and the citizens as it launched earlier this year its new website with a number of services and would contribute to integration with the new App.
