CMA organized a Training Programme on the Mechanism of Subscription and Claim Settlement for Policyholders

CMA continues conducting training programmes for employees of insurance companies, brokers and agents which come in the frame of the plans and projects aiming to train and qualify the Omani youth in order to enroll them in the insurance sector and enable them to take over leading and technical positions. This week, CMA is organizing a training programme on subscriptions and claim settlement in order to upgrade the performance of national manpower, provide them with technical skills and present them to the best international practices and standards related to subscription and claim settlement.

24 trainees are participating in the programme from insurance companies, brokers and agents. The programme is held for 5 days, and will discuss the importance of having clear standards for subscribing insurance risks with the various products. It will also clarify bases and methods of dealing with claims and fair settlement ways for policyholders by following the terms of the insurance cover.

It is worth to mention that CMA will present the second copy of the programme during 27-31 October, 2013.
