Constitution of the Board of Directors of Oman Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability

HE Yahya Said Al Jabri, Chairman of the Capital Market Authority has issued an administrative decision constituting the board of directors of Oman Center for Corporate Governance and Sustainability (OCCGS).

The board is chaired by HE Abdullah Salim Al Salmi, Executive President of the Capital Market Authority and the membership of the Executive Director of OCCGS, Abdulghani Dawood Al Zadjali, representative of the Central Bank of Oman, Mohammed Taqi Al Jamalani, representative of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Said Mubarak Al Mahrami, Academician at Sultan Qaboos University, Rashaad Mohammed Al Zubair, Chairman, Zubiar Enterprise, Talal Said Al Mamari, Chief Executive Officer , Oman Telecommunication Company, Isam Saud Al Zadjali, Chief Executive Officer ,  Oman Oil Company and Walid Khamis Al Hashar, Institutional Services  Group Manager, Bank Muscat.

The decision is effective from the date of issuance on 27 September 2015.
