The Capital Market Authority has issued disciplinary decision warning Al Afdhal Insurance Services (Insurance Agent) for violating Clause (4) of Article (12) of the Regulation for Licensing  Requirements for Insurance Agents for charging commissions.

Article 12/4 of the Regulation for Licensing Requirements for Insurance Agents provides the agent shall not receive any commissions or fees from insurance applicant, insured or beneficiary.

The time limited for appealing the decision has not expired yet.
