without prejudice to the provisions of the Law organizing the practice of the accounting and auditing profession 77/86, any audit firm licensed by the Ministry of commerce and Industry to practice the auditing profession may apply to the CMA a request to be accredited to audit accounts for companies regulatd by CMA after meeting the requirements contained in the administrative decision are No. 8/2018.
