It is clearly evident that the number of Omani employees in national companies increased by the end of 2025 compared to 2021, with a difference of 135 employees.
Statistics indicate that the total number of employees in foreign insurance companies reached approximately 349, of whom 285 are Omani nationals, representing an Omanization rate of 81.66% of the total workforce in foreign insurance companies. This percentage is close to the rate recorded at the end of 2021, which stood at approximately 81.89%.
