The number of employees in the national insurance companies reached about 1898, including 1,558 Omani workers, who constitute 82.08% of the number of employees in the national insurance companies. It is clear that the number of Omani employees in national companies increased by the end of 2021, compared to the previous year, with a difference of 66 employees.
2. Number of Employees of Foreign Insurance Companies
Statistics indicate that the number of workers in foreign insurance companies has reached about 370 workers, including 303 Omani workers, where they constitute an Omanization rate of 81.89% of the number of workers in foreign insurance companies compared to what it was at the end of the year 2021 AD, which amounted to about 79.90%.
