1. Article (4) point (9): To obtain CMA license all employees working in insurance agent must be Omani.

2. Training programs for insurance agents were conducted in 2016,2017, 2018,2022.

3. The Omanization in insurance agents is now 100%.

 

Tamkeen : Insurance Brokers

1. Article (14): The broker may apply for opening a branch as per the form prepared by CMA after the lapse of one (1) year from the date of the license, provided all the employees of the branch shall be Omanis. The appointment of branch manager shall be subject to the terms and conditions of CMA. No branch shall be opened unless the broker complies with all the laws, regulations, terms and conditions, financial requirements, Omanization and empowerment ratios issued by CMA.
2. Training programs for insurance brokers were held in 2016,2017, 2018,2022.
3. Omanization in insurance brokers branches is now 100%.
